Ok Gentleman. Who is going to the March UKM? There has been a venue change and it will be in Lincoln at the same excellent venue as February.

Whoever goes will have to collectively decide which division you want play in. You can play as Black in Div1, the team w/ the most Series points, as Red in Div2 (or would they get promoted to 1 as well?) or as Silver in Div3. You get an extra point added to your total series point by competing in Div1 but you have to weigh that against what you will gain by going up against harder teams.  You may learn more by staying in 3 but that is up to you to decide.

As we need to book a spot in the appropriate division early enough, please speak up now if you are going.

Here is the points breakdown to help the decision.

It might be worth the Silver squad taking Div 1  place as Silver are on 9 points and even if Silver lost all games we would still get 2 points and that would give us 18 series points and even if we won in the 3rd division it would only put us on 19 points.  It would be a tough day but great experience and if one of the first squad could take my spot (right back) it may help the situation.

Silver is on 9 points
Black on 16
Red is on 12 points

I can not play March as I am in New York from 20 until 30th March.  I will be back for April.

I'm no-one's bitch... but could offer my services as pit crew. Which should give me an opportunity to see what goes on.

What would I be doing...?

UKMasters is a bit less intense than PA so you will mainly get to watch games. Beyond that it's just a case of helping pot up the paint, carrying the key pot, holding the spare gun, some spare paint to fields etc.

Given even my limited exposure... I think I can cope with that. Next questions are re: logistics, time and costs...
