Ed... have we now entered 2 7man teams?

Are we confident we have 14 people? Would feel more comfortable with 1 more in case someone drops before booking.

Maybe I'm paranoid but I think it is good to have a spare for each squad.

Unless we are positive we have 15-16, I think UKM would be better off playing 5-man. It also requires less time off and is a lower entry fee.

There is a chance Jay may not be fit, Tom can't take Thursday off and if the afternoon session runs long, H's availablity could be a problem.

Personally, I would prefer if UKM booked a 5-man unless Teo and Mark K. can confirm by Friday.

Tim, I can be at Crystal Palace by 5pm on the Thursday probably, I just need to sweet talk my boss into letting me leave early. Even if I can't I'll still be able to get there with plenty of time for walking the fields.

im still trying to find the right time to ask my boss if i can take those days off.

im supposed to be backup for a couple of ppl that week cos they're away on business/holiday. which means id hv to ask him to then cover for me for those days.

could well not work out at all but will still try.

Yeah I noticed that yesterday.... I'm prerry sure somebody owes me a session at the TPC (possibly Jay) so I could prolly make him go there instead...

I think Dave would understand if we told him everyone is at CC that Saturday. As long as it's not too busy he may be able to cope without us.

...especially if we help him out the week before. Canary Wharf is putting on an event at West India Quay on 26-7 August called FunQuay Beach Weekend. They are putting a barge filled w/ 30 tonnes of sand in front of the bars and TPC will have a shooting range similar to the one at "Weekend at Dave's" last year. If we can get enough people to man the booth all weekend, Dave can have his usual staff run TPC and we win some big brownie points.

The free event is expected to attract more than 35,000 people and, as well as the beach, will feature street performers, bands, boat trips and a funfair.  More info here

I'll come up with a roster if you can put your name on this post and say which day you want to attend and what time (either 11-3 or 3-7) we should try and have 2 or 3 people for each slot.

We can skip CC weekend with no worries if we can cover this for him.

As some of us need to acquire ID cards, and any request requires 1 week to process, do we need to start considering this now

Checking the MS site, the only form I see if for previously registered players.

Will a single submission for all players requiring cards be submitted, please confirm
